This really is evil -- not the trashing of a national park which is regrettable -- but placing someone with "mental illness" in prison for it.
Folks this kinda thing is a direct result of not having access to enough housing or intensive treatments. Would someone with the State please work with us and other stakeholders to solve this? Oh we forgot we've already been down this road ---- we must be delusional -- the State's just interested in stonewalling us & jerking us around. That's why we're refining our 3rd Draft of our MI Olmstead Complaint for Declaratory/Injunctive Relief and working with a peer run organization as a possible associational plaintiff. |
