There is a need for State Olmstead Assessment Centers for Chronically Homeless Individuals with Disabilities (homeless for a year or more or repeatedly homeless) --- maybe run through Medicaid Long Term Care Single Entry Points and Medicaid Regional Care Collaboratives.
