The problem of funding adequate disability housing & services is HUGE-- honesty is the first step and we do want to keep that politeness and cordiality, AND there are many more steps if we want those VIABLE SOLUTIONS.

Mental Health Advocates, including Mental Health Colorado,  have championed several local Colorado Initiatives.

The Legal Responsibility for some of this is with the State BUT we don't really care how it gets funded so long as we have a Comprehensive, Coordinated State Olmstead Plan, covering both urban & rural areas as well as wealthy & less economically advantaged areas.
