ONCE YOU CROSS THAT LINE & YOU ARE VIOLATING FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS ---CAN YOU EVER LIVE A NORMAL LIFE OR IS THE PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE TOO GREAT?

Orchid:  Normally we don't intervene in the lives of the State, well maybe that's not completely true, but once the State crosses that Line of violating Federal Civil Rights Laws -- we have to step in -- & Remember we want to Help You.

State:  But I'm so busy, I can't possibly comply with Federal Civil Rights Laws like Olmstead & It's All So Complicated -- Orchid what am I gonna do?

Orchid:  Well State remember Busyness is just like any other chronic disease -- it's really just like diabetes and just needs careful monitoring.

     In this case, we advise careful monitoring by a Court or outside agency such as Colorado's federally mandated Protection and Advocacy agency for people with disabilities -----Disability Law Colorado.

     This will help you lead a normal life and stop endangering the lives of people with mental illness in the State of Colorado.

     AND remember, you're NOT in this alone, it's NOT like you're homeless or incarcerated or something like that with a really serious illness.
