The BRAID:
Biology, Environment -- AGE / TIME
Mental Health Practice has been stalled out for about 25 years
The argument over biology vs. environment isn't going to get us there because it is both.
There is a lot of work to do to understand complex biological and Enviromental inter-relationships over time.
Biology (a+b+c+x) + Environment (a+b+c+x) + Age / Time (a lot of implications for the Endocrine System but also the accumulation of "plaques" and deterioration) Mental Health is forcing us to INTEGRATION of the Systems of the Body and the Environment because we can't UNDERSTAND the EVIDENCE if we don't do the HARD WORK of UNDERSTANDING these INTER-RELATIONSHIPS. This INTEGRATION is how the "ORGANISM" experiences life. 3 Big Takeaways
