Meritocracy by Derek Fordjour -- "Meritocracy" seems just so logical and even geometrical but many of us feel like we got SNOWED -- and it can feel SHAMEFUL to even raise that.
Further, the Man in the picture may not be dressed for the ENVIRONMENT he's in. A lot of human characteristics work well in one environment and not well in another. Historically, the message to people and to all animals has been: ADAPT or DIE.
The Disability Community most notably through the Americans with Disabilities Act and ADAPT, which originated in Denver -- really turned that to the SOCIETY -- and said, "You need to ADAPT to ACCOMMODATE US."
That should be forcing a DIALOGUE and REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS which many people who fall outside the majority DESPERATELY NEED.
The REALITY is many neurally diverse people make ACCOMMODATIONS for NEURO-TYPICALS everyday whether it is a HARDSHIP OR NOT.
