  • Long Term Care JUSTICE Waiver based on a NEED FOR SUPERVISION that serves people with a wide range of Cognitive Disabilities, including:
    • ​Brain Injury
    • "Mental Illness"
    • Developmental Disability:  including High IQ ADHD & Autism
    • Substance Use

  • Supported Employment Waiver
    • ​Assessment of Interests, Passions and Strengths
    • Assessment of Executive Functioning Weaknesses, and other "Weaknesses"
    • Development of Plan to Support Development of Interests, Passions & Strengths with Plan for Supported or Competitive Employment:  80% of Program Time
    • Develop Plan for "Workarounds" for Executive Functioning Weaknesses, etc.:  20% of Program Time
