How Far To Olmstead Compliance?
Indiana's "Armstrong County" Olmstead Plan This is an unusual document out of Indiana. It is entitled the "Armstrong/Indiana Behavioral and Developmental Health Program County Plan for OLMSTEAD."

This seems like a really important thing for Olmstead Plans to include, especially since we have people convicted of sex offenses and other things discharged to Homelessness.
