CMS found CMHIP in "Immediate Jeopardy" in the Summer of 2017. Ultimately, the Hickenlooper Administration did seek EMERGENCY FUNDS to address the problem.
The State got out of "Immediate Jeopardy" from CMS -- BUT Staffing Problems Remain.
